Torah it up X3!

This week we take out three Torahs! One for Parshas Tazria, one for Rosh Chodesh Nisan and one for Hachodesh!

As this Shabbat falls on the 1st of Nissan, a special reading called "Hachodesh" (Exodus 12:1-20) is added to the regular Shabbat Torah reading and in addition to Rosh Chodesh Torah reading. Hachodesh recounts G-d's historic communication to Moses in Egypt on the 1st of Nissan (2 weeks before the Exodus) regarding the Jewish calendar, the month of Nissan and the Passover offering. Mazel tov to Rabbi Chaim's brother Shmuly & Hayley Lazaroff on their marriage this past week in Israel! It was amazing to celebrate with the whole family together in the Holy Land. A great time was had by all.
