Raging waters have wreaked havoc on Israel. Houston knows what flooding looks like.
Perhaps the most powerful experience of Harvey was the flooding kindness that flowed through Houston, neighbors helping neighbors and strangers worldwide pouring their love on Houston.
Our hearts and minds are with the people of Israel and all those impacted by the floods. May Hashem restore them, their possessions and grant peace to those that lost their loved ones and the wounded.
