Unplanned spontaneous road trip up north, took us to the friendly Detroit and brutal cold of -10 degrees! (yes, that is a minus 10!) It was so nice to spend time with Chanie’s sister and for the kids to visit their cousins!
This Shabbat we will host scholar in residence Rabbi Moishe Traxler, director Chabad Outreach of Houston. Rabbi Traxler will speak in Shul on Friday night and Shabbat day and lead the Shabbat dinner and kiddush lunch! Please let us know if you plan on joining Shabbat dinner. Next week, next year, we will have our first First Fridays for 2018 for Young Professionals! Looking forward to hearing the reports of all of the good times had over Chanukah and this winter break.
