What a wonderful month of holidays! The real deal is now, translating the spiritual infusion to G-dly acts in the daily grind.
Let's get this started tomorrow morning with our monthly Rosh Chodesh minyan and breakfast sponsored by the Melnik family - of course, with radishes! Shacharis 6:45-8 am followed by breakfast.
Chabad Harvey Relief continues it's work is many ways. Currently, the fund has earmarked funds for immediate assistance for families with children at Houston area Day Schools. In coordination with Jewish Family Service of Houston, I was humbled to be able to deliver a first distribution of $35,000 today at Robert M. Beren Academy with a grant of $500 per child, assisting 70 students impacted by Harvey.
