National Police Week

Thursday, 18 May, 2017 - 10:32 pm

Wonderful Lag B'omer celebrated with a wonderful community of young professionals and families!

This week It was my honor to help the Houston Police Department mark National Police Week with a special prayer for the officers and their families.

"May the families of the first responders have harmony in the home as they stand behind their loved ones, who leave every day with the hope they will return the same way they left. May they have the power to be able to say goodbye at the beginning of every shift, find the strength to wait for the hours to go by that seem like an eternity, for the day to complete, day in and day out. May they have the energy needed for their loved ones to come home to their embrace, in a safe and in good emotional and physical health."
