NOTE: This Shabbos, after this past week's clock change, we start using our summer schedule of services on Friday night at 7:30 pm!
Remembering Amalek is a constant and Biblical mitzvah. Therefore, this Shabbos Zachor & Purim Torah readings are a Biblical mitzvah that many authorities maintain men, women & children should try to hear as well on Shabbos or Purim.
Thank you to Alex & Dara Dinur & Avremi Fishman for leading the services and Torah reading this week! Please let us know if you plan to join them for Shabbos dinner or kiddush lunch.
This week is Purim! We must have your RSVP to be able to plan accordingly. The RSVP form is mobile friendly and will take you less than minute!
The complete Purim megillah service and party schedule can be found at www.chabaduptown.org/purimhour! Six choices to choose from at the Chabad of Uptown - Purim Hour Happy Hour!
On Wednesday night, Purim eve, following the 8 pm Maariv & megillah reading, we will host a Sheva brochos dairy dinner in honor of Rachel Graff marriage to Elliott Levine this weekend. Let's welcome the new couple to our community in style! :) RSVP
At the five daytime parties, you will be able to do all four mitzvos of Purim in under an hour!:
- Hear Megillah
- Give charity to at least two people
- Send a minimum of two foods to one person
- Have a feast - all in less than hour!
