hard to type with a humbling one hand while other rests in a sling, easing weight on the shoulder (broke clavicle & partial shoulder separation) and laying on a broken rib, thanks to a bike incident while exercising on the wondrous off road mountain bike trails at memorial park.
so briefly:
- mazel tov to our nephew Tani Lazaroff on his bar mitzvah in los angeles. rabbi made a quick 20 hr trip to attend. (yes, in a sling).
- while there, they stopped for a short visit with fellow chabad shliach rabbi yitzi hurwitz, who has ALS, singing and uplifting his spirits. - VIDEO
- this shabbos and sunday is rosh chodesh, two torahs, hallel and special musaf followed by kiddush farbrengen. sunday morning rosh chodesh minyan at 8:30 followed by 1st elul shofar blowingand melnik sponsored breakfast!
