Chanie had a wonderful weekend with thousands of women at the annual conference of the largest group of women leaders / CEOs in the world. The shluchos, Chabad Lubavitch Women Emissaries from literally every corner of the Earth, shared their best practices, insights and inspiration (and, no, this year not even ONE recipe) to bring back to the home front.
The weekend culminates with a beautiful banquet. You can see highlights from the banquet here including inspiring words from Israel Diplomat Rhoda Dermer and Goldie Avtzon of Hong Kong.
Although the weather was bitter cold and return flights were cancelled, the inner warmth was felt throughout the weekend.

This Sunday, one thousand people from the greater Houston Jewish community are expected to join the 7th Annual Friendship Circle Walk on Sunday, February 22, 2015 at 2pm. And you too can be a part of a local Jewish cause that simply touches the heart, by joining the hundreds of youth and adults from across Houston who will walk for The Friendship Circle. The Walk, produced cooperatively by the Jewish Federation of Greater Houston and Jewish Family Service, will leave the J.F.S. and make its way to the Beth Yeshurun Pulaski Rauch Auditorium for an indoor Friendship Fair, filled with rides, food, fun times, and a performance by AcroDunk. The Fair is from 3-5pm. Let the children and adults with special needs, their families, and all the dedicated volunteers know how much you care. Visit www.houstonfriendshipwalk.com.
