But, no review can be complete without a critique.Telushkin missed a major part of the Rebbe's persona: his contribution he made to Torah scholarship. Rabbi Dr. Tzvi Hersh Weinreb, executive vice president emeritus of the Orthodox Union, wrote a wonderful article on this subject as published in this month's OU sponsored Jewish Action magazine.
Dennis Prager interviewed Joseph Telushkin on his radio show that same day. Remarkably, both of them will be in Houston shortly to talk about the very same subject. Prager will moderate "Timeless Leadership" at the Wortham on June 25 (GOT YOUR TICKETS?) and Telushkin will be at the ERJCC Jewish Book Fair in November for a public event & book signing.
