Flipping (Pesach) Latkes

Friday, 18 April, 2014 - 12:11 am

We hope that your first days of Pesach was joyously spent with family and friends. From our family to yours, we wish you a Happy & Kosher Pesach to each and every one of you! As10171884_10152317083196140_2622740817903821015_n.jpg we said in the prayer on Erev Pesach, (with our thoughts not only to our personal well being, but also poignantly directed to Kansas), "May it be your will, G-d, that just as I am disposing of the chometz from my home and property, so too may You ... remove the spirit of impurity of the earth, remove the evil inclination from us and grant us the heart of flesh to serve you in truth."

Our Pesach awareness programs are a significant part of our budget, but as you are well aware, Chabad of Uptown provides critical Jewish services not only Pesach but all year round. Is is customary to give generously on Pesach to your shul, we ask you to please consider a donation to Chabad of Uptown's operating found that critically needs your support!www.chabaduptown.org/donate

The kids enjoyed having uncle Mendel Galperin and his yeshivah friend Tzemach Simon for the Yom Tov. The Lazzfeed shenanigins include flipping Texas size latkes (video), hearing hour long stories, jumping and sliding on bouncy houses and Zuma fun filled action of go carts, bumper boats and tickets printing arcades...

PLEASE JOIN US FOR THE LAST DAYS OF PESACH INCLUDING LATE NIGHT TORAH STUDY, YIZKOR AND ANOTHER FOUR CUPS OF WINE AT THE MOSHIACH SEUDAH! www.chabaduptown.org/pesachschedule
