Father's Day vs Mother's Day

Thursday, 20 June, 2013 - 10:51 pm

This Sunday, at 11:30 am, a meaningful luncheon will be shared with friends of our Gabbai Dr. Alan & Chagit Croock and Chabad of Uptown. Last call to have your message included in the program!www.chabaduptown.org/gabbai

The kids have had a wonderful opportunity to spend quality time with their visiting cousins, the Rosenfeld's (Rabbi Chaim's sister), from Melbourne, Australia...

Musings of the week: On Father's Day, fathers spend time with their children. On Mother's Day, children spend time with their mothers. Solution? Fathers should spend more time with their kids all year, mothers should be pampered all year.

Some inspiration from our Parshah:

I Have Sinned

Don’t just sit back waiting for people to bring their troubles to you; go out and make the needs of others your business. We are all responsible for each other and ignorance is never, ever an excuse. more...
