Purim events were over the top and nonstop!
- 20 gathered for a megillah reading immediately after Shabbos at Chabad of Uptown
- Over 130 participated at the Heroes & Villains Party at the Hilton on Satursday night. See photos here!
- 20 made a nice showing for the Shacharis service and megillah reading on Sunday morning followed by a wonderful breakfast of, (of course) bagels, lox & cream cheese...
- 10 prisoners got a visit by the yeshivah boys when Mendel & Mendel went off to prison to read for two units - and thankfully they let them out too! :)
- The kids meanwhile had a chance to exchange Mishloach manos with their friends
- 25 seniors enjoyed the yeshivah boys when yhey came back just in time for our well attended megillah reading at The Hampton for the seniors living there. Many thanks to our volunteers, Fredell Lore and Jacob Hellman who helped with the festivities. See photos here!
- Over 100 completed the Purim day with yet another megillah reading and community feast with an amazing juggler and balance act!! See photos here!
