Very inspirational week with the commemoration of the 200th yartzeit of the author of the Tanya on Sunday, seeing it implemented in practical life on Wednesday through the story of Brian Grodner (may he have a speedy and complete recovery) and learning how to soar to Hashem with the wings of mitzvos at our Thursday Tanya (ch. 40) class.
Brian shared, "My doctor gave me 6 months, that was 3 years ago... Chassidus & Tanya has taught me four guiding principals how to G.R.A.B. higher:
Gratitude for what we have;
Reframe everything to see the good in it;
Achievements come in small bites with short term goals; and
Belief constantly that Hashem will take care of me".
Amen!
May Hashem grant him and all others who are in need of health with a speedy and complete recovery along with many long and healthy years with their families and loved ones.
