The International Conference of Shluchim was an absolute inspiration. (Can you find me? :)) Seeing old and making new friends, learning and sharing ideas and spending time with family all comes to a crescendo with the closing banquet with close to 5000 Rabbis and supporters under one roof. One of the messages of Rabbi Sacks was that the Rebbe was a great leader. He pointed out "That a good leader creates 
followers, but a great leader creates leaders". Indeed, this past weekend, in the absence of Chabad shluchim, members are inspired to lead and teach themselves. We thought that you may enjoy this captured moment, as Terry Lewis assists Layn Bowers to put on tefillin at the weekly Sunday morning Chabad of Uptown signature BLT (= bagels, lox and tefillin) in the absence of Rabbi Chaim Lazaroff who was attending the annual conference of shluchim. :)
