MatzahFEST!!! (Pls reply to Survey)...

Thursday, 1 April, 2010 - 10:35 pm

Dear Friends,

WOW! What amazing seders! Chanie put out an amazing spread and the house was packed! (We are sorry we had to turn away so many for lack of room, only stresses how important it is for us to build!) The best part were the artifacts from Egypt shared... the highlight of the evening!

Whether you were at our seder or not, please respond to this anonymous short important Pesach survey that will tell us how to provide services in the future: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/MF2Y6NY!

The final day of Pesach, we celebrate the closing of the holiday with a Moshiach Seudah, complete with four cups of wine and matzos! Please join us at 6:30 pm for Mincha followed by the Seudah on Tuesday, April 6!

More on thsi custom: On this final day of Passover we strive for the highest level of freedom, and focus on the Final Redemption. Following the Baal Shem Tov’s custom, we end Passover with “Moshiach’s Feast” — a festive meal complete with matzah and four cups of wine, during which we celebrate the imminent arrival of the Messiah. The feast begins before sunset and continues until after nightfall.
