Ziv Ben-Dov was born and raised in a small kibbutz, near the Israeli Lebanese border. As an Israeli soldier, professional actor, teacher and psychotherapist he was an IDF “street gang counselor” for juvenile delinquents, founding director of The Northeastern Theatre, and taught for seventeen years at the University of Scranton.
Currently Ziv works as a primary therapist at A Better Today – an outpatient facility for substance addictions, and maintains a private psychotherapy practice for teenagers, adults, groups and marriage counseling.
